Start taking Prenatals

Ideally, you should start taking prenatals up to 6 months prior to conceiving. But if not, do not worry, start as soon as you find out you are pregnant. Here is a list of prenatal vitamins you should be taking 

Schedule your First OB Appointment

Most OB’s want to see you between 10 – 14 weeks of pregnancy. As soon as you find out, call to schedule an appointment.

Drink More Water

During pregnancy you will need to increase your water intake. Grab a straw and your favourite water bottle and drink up.

Cut back on Caffeine

If you are a coffee addict, it’s time to gradually start replacing your cup of joe (or 2 or 3) with tea or deaf. Aim for less than 200mg per day.
